Meanwhile, on WoW…

Phreakachu:

Which keyboard did you get, Furgin?

Furgin:

Razer Blackwidow ULTIMATE

Phreakachu:

Nice.

Carlfish:

I got the Razer Blackwidow Penultimate, but I think I need to upgrade.

It is not insignificant. I used to think the same thing until I actually measured it.

iBallOfString

Carlfish:

I ordered an iPhone with a spare charger. Three days later Apple ships me a package. It's just the charger.

Carlfish:

I swear, the company is staffed by cats.

Carlfish:

"Let's play with him a while, see what he does!"

Dymos:

"purrrrrrrrrruurrrrrrrrrrruurrrrrruurrrr"

Carlfish:

Exactly. You can't stay mad at it.

Dymos:

Right up until it scratches you in the face.

Dymos:

And bites your hand.

Carlfish:

It can't help it, that's just how it is.

Dymos:

But then it licks your hand and makes you love it again.

The people in the next row are arguing about changing the gravitational constant of the Earth and I’m wondering how long I should wait before reporting them to someone.

I mean, we are at a heightened terror alert status

Jirra, alert but somewhat alarmed.

Supply-Your-Own Punchline

Dymos:

I love using [Multi-Shot] as a hunter. If there are heaps of targets, it looks like a massive fan of arrows coming out of you.

Jirra:

I used to be a massive fan of arrows…

Inside the dog, it's too dark to read.

Jirra:

I bought chicken wings from the local chicken shop for $2 a kilo and cooked them and there’s something about them that’s just undefinably wrong.

dennilan:

I think they’re supposed to be for pets, right?

Jirra:

A kilo of raw chicken meat would be a really boring pet

Heap Space, the Final Frontier

Jedi:

With the amount of intelligence and rigour in all the federation’s processes, I would assume every person in QA would love Star Trek.

Neko:

Then again, consider their fail-deadly consoles. I wouldn’t want to work with any system where finding a bug sets off an explosion in the computer I’m working on.

Jirra:

That’s fine if it only happens in dev mode.

Neko:

These sort of mission-critical systems need to work perfectly in an Enterprise environment!
